ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for short and long term locum positions for General Medicine Physicians from 19th May 2023 onwards.
– Varied work within a strong interdisciplinary team
– Enhanced rates—$2400 per day plus $500 per 24h on-call
– Travel and accommodation (options for partners/families)
– 30-40 inpatients across 2-3 teams of one consultant and 1-2 RMOs
– RACP and RNZCGP-DRHM training accreditation
– Clinics depending on SMO numbers
ABOUT THE HOSPITAL
This Hospital consists of Medical/Surgical/Rehabilitation patients, a birthing unit and a 24 hour Emergency Department. On site at the hospital they have allied health services of Laboratory, Radiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Workers, District Nurses, Public Health Nurses, Dental Therapists, Vision Hearing Testers, Dieticians, Diabetic Educators and a very busy Outpatients Department with visiting Specialists. 1900 patients come through each year to this Hospital.
