| WEEK DAYS (Monday to Friday) = 8am to 4:30pm (no public holidays) ON CALL = Weeknights Oncall is from 4pm until 8am next day; Weekends Oncall is from Friday 4pm until Monday 8am; Public Holidays is covered On Call from 8am until 8am the following day |
