ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking house officer / registrar locums across multiple dates this year, if you are available and interested please get in touch. 

Medical/Surgical House officer Locums – Multiple dates during quarter 3
o    The roster encompasses General Medicine, AT&R, General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Psychiatry.
o    They have a number of long days, weekends and ordinary days available.

Paediatric House Officer / Registrar – Multiple dates during quarters 3 and 4
o    Both House Officers and Registrars work on this roster.
o    They have a number of evenings (1530 – 2300), nights, weekends and ordinary days available.
o    Locums must have some Paediatric experience 

ED House Officer              
o    They have a number of shifts available for quarter 3 which includes days, afternoons, evenings, nights and weekends.
o    Locums must have some ED experience 

Return domestic travel and accommodation is provided and booked for you.

Built in late 2004, this secondary level 4 base hospital services a population base of approx. 100,000 providing acute medical and surgical, outpatient clinics, day procedures, 24-hour emergency department, comprehensive ancillary facilities including laboratory, medical imaging, medical diagnostics, specialist paediatric, maternity, rehabilitation and therapy services. On average per year this Hospital sees 30,000 Emergency Department attendances, 5,000 theatre operations 1100 births and 17,000 discharges. This hospital is well equipped for its size and features digital radiology technology with MRI and CT capability as well as electronic patient management system.
