ABOUT THE ROLE

ICU Registrar locum required for the below dates:

(You would be required to start on Night shifts)
 
Mon 12- Thu 15th May – 2000-0830
Mon 19- Fri 23rd May – 0800-1800 
Mon 26 May – Sun 1st June – 0800-2030

Return travel and accommodation provided and booked for you.

ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

With all major specialties represented onsite except Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery and Cardiothoracic, this hospital is one of the largest provincial hospitals in New Zealand.  ICU has 11 beds and Coronary Care Unit 6. Operating Theatre has eight theatres plus a dedicated Endoscopy Unit. Diagnostic facilities on site include MRI, 40 slice CT scanner, nuclear medicine, laboratory services etc. Full emergency retrieval and transport services are available with a rescue helicopter based on site. The Hospital has a strong reputation for excellent quality of experience there are many opportunities for pursuing vocational training across all specialities.
