ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Radiologist Locums, any dates, ideally longer term however we have some specific dates below that we would love some cover for.  

1-14 April 2024 (Easter Monday 01 April, Southland Anniversary Tuesday 02 April – if candidate hasn’t worked here previously they would need to start on Thursday 28 March for an Orientation or on Wednesday 03 April)

Built in late 2004, this secondary level 4 base hospital services a population base of approx. 100,000 providing acute medical and surgical, outpatient clinics, day procedures, 24-hour emergency department, comprehensive ancillary facilities including laboratory, medical imaging, medical diagnostics, specialist paediatric, maternity, rehabilitation and therapy services. On average per year this Hospital sees 30,000 Emergency Department attendances, 5,000 theatre operations 1100 births and 17,000 discharges. This hospital is well equipped for its size and features digital radiology technology with MRI and CT capability as well as electronic patient management system.
